Minimum stay: 2 Nights, except on long weekends and holidays which will be 3 or 4 nights depending on the calendar. From the third week of July to the third week of August (both included) the minimum stay is 3 to 7 nights depending on the house to rent (make your inquiry). Prices
Discounts are offered for extended stays.
Children are counted as one person for pricing and stay calculations. Babies up to 12 months old stay for free, and we provide a travel cot and high chair.
What is included in the price?
Gas and electricity (cooking, heating, and hot water) are included.
If you want to use the fireplace or stove, firewood is not included in the price of the stay. Firewood is available for purchase at "La Tiendita". A bucket with enough olive wood for 2 days costs 10 euros.
We provide sheets and towels, which are changed every 4 days for longer stays.
Free WiFi is available in all apartments, the pool area, and gardens.
Booking Conditions
Reservation
To formalize a reservation, it is necessary to make a bank transfer to the account that we will provide you with the stipulated amount in each case. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been confirmed. Send the notification by email.
The payment of the remaining amount is made at the Cortijo during the stay. No refund of the deposit is made regardless of the cause of cancellation.
Check-in and check-out times
In July and August: check-in from 5 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.
Rest of the year: flexible, but with check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.

Minimum bookings
The minimum stay is 2 nights except during holidays and long weekends, which will be 3 or 4 nights depending on the calendar.
From the third week of July to the third week of August (both inclusive), the minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights depending on the house rented and 4 nights minimum in the Studio.
Pets
To ensure the peace of all guests, we do not allow pets, but if you have a special situation, feel free to contact us. If possible, you may be able to stay with a pet in "La Casita".
In La Viñuela lives Yama, a very sociable and playful medium-sized dog and 3 cats.
Services
We do not provide breakfast or restaurant services.
Security
When you leave your house/apartment, please make sure to close the door and windows securely. Although the farmhouse is safe, we cannot be held responsible for your belongings.
Right to acces
In case of breakdown, cleaning or any other cause of extreme necessity, we reserve the right to enter the houses/apartments, giving advance notice if possible.
TO CONSIDER
You arrive at a small paradise in the countryside, here live other living beings that, please, we must respect: like Yama our dog, cats, birds, insects, the fish, turtles and frogs in the alberca, etc.
We are in the mountains, sometimes the weather is not what you consider perfect: it can be cold, hot, windy, rainy...
Sometimes there may be noise due to maintenance work on our land or other surrounding land. We apologize in advance
The road to get there during the entire section of La Alpujarra is a mountain road and therefore has curves. The access road to the Cortijo is paved

*You have to take the GARBAGE generated during your stay to one of the collection points located in Atalbeitar or Pitres
*Do not throw paper, wet wipes or other intimate hygiene products into the toilet, but into the trash cans in each bathroom.
*Do not pour used OIL down the sink
*Do not use the house's wood-burning FIREPLACE as a barbecue
*Do not WASTE water, electricity or heating
*Do not play MUSIC in common areas (swimming pool, picnic area, garden, etc.)
